Cracked the code, captured the flag, and landed on the podium.

At Cyber Security Day 2025, I teamed up with fellow students from 42 Heilbronn to compete in an intense on-site Capture the Flag (CTF) challenge hosted by ETAS GmbH and Bosch Engineering. Over the course of three days, we tackled real-world cybersecurity tasks—from binary exploitation to reverse engineering—and secured 3rd place out of 24 competing teams. With a final score of 10,913 points, our team “9ers” stood out for both speed and precision. The event not only sharpened my offensive security skills but also deepened my experience in teamwork under pressure.
